How can I return a purchase?

1. Your order needs to meet the following requirements.

・ If you made a purchase on CAMPER.COM
・ Purchased product must be unused
・ Purchased product within 30 days after receiving a purchase
・ Purchased product must be shipped in the same form as you had received it
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for the socks and shoe care products.

2. To cancel an order, go to ""Your orders"" and enter the order number and the email address provided when you placed it. The system will display the details of your order.

3.Print out RETURNS FORM and fill in the required information, send it together with product(s) to the adress below.

If you made your purchase at a Camper store, Camper outlet store or through other shopping website, we are unable to accept any return requests.
We recommend you to visit a store in the same store where you bought the item/s.
