How can I return a purchase?
If you purchased your product from a Camper retail store, you can return it to the store where you bought it.
If you purchased your product from Camper.com, you can handle all return/exchange processes either through the e-Shop or by visiting our Camper stores with your order number.
(Dealer and franchise stores are not included.)
If you prefer to make your return via the e-Shop, you can send the product you wish to return, along with its invoice, to our Camper Mall of Istanbul store using Yurtiçi Kargo’s free return code 409519076.
The e-Shop does not accept returns of products from other stores or retailers.
